A Meditation Practice

For beginners and daily meditators alike.

 

In brief, my time learning, discovering the practice of Meditation over the past decade plus, with the Chopra Center along with a dear teacher in the Himalayas.  

It has been meditation that has made such a profound impact on my life and I wish to share it with you.

Join me in person each Wednesday at 7:00pm at the Retreat starting Sept. 12.  We'll create community and peace!!

If another day is better for you, request it and I will be happy to introduce when possible. Mornings or Evenings.

Science has studied the benefits and here are a few:

- Lower blood pressure

- Increased Immune system

- Reduced stress and anxiety

- Increased clarity and focus

I did not realize the power in being "FREE", free from thoughts, free from stress and pressures  life brings.  

Living with greater ease and grace, detaching and allowing joy, peace and love to be present always.

I'd love to share with you and provide you with the tools to dive into what my teacher use to call, "The Gap" - the space between thoughts.
